An interaction is any inbound communication from a user or lead via integrated digital channels (web forms, email, chat widgets). It includes metadata like timestamp, source channel, and categorization, but does not include the content of private messages. The system tracks the lifecycle of a request, not personal data streams.
Interaction logs are retained for performance analysis for a maximum of 24 months. Personal contact information is stored only as provided in the inquiry and is not enriched from external sources. The platform provides structured reporting on response cycles and inquiry categorization. It does not automate responses, make predictive decisions, or directly modify your CRM workflows.
